Frills and Lace!

We had an excellent ultrasound today. Everything looks really good, Hershey is currently a very healthy little Girl! Our appointment today was with a specialist, a perinatologist. We will see him every four weeks for an ultrasound until Hershey arrives. At 32 weeks I'll go in twice a week for a non-stress test. We are receiving excellent medical care! That is so reassuring! Hershey was very shy today, as she has been with every ultrasound. The doctor repeatedly called her "a very uncooperative baby." I think she fits right in with my children. :) Here's a cute picture of her face on the left and body on the right.

Patrick and I were very pleased and went straight out to start up a new wardrobe! Patrick cracked me up. Nothing was "girly" or "pink" enough for him. :) He's also going to be a pretty protective Daddy. I showed him the cutest One piece bathing suit. He said it was too revealing. Poor baby girl, between him and her brothers she doesn't have a chance!

Here's what Daddy bought!

and here is why he bought it:

If you can't read it, it says, "apple of Daddy's eye"

And here is what Mommy bought!

I had a really hard time finding something I liked. Very strange. After looking at little girl clothes and dreaming about them for years, I had a hard time. :) I'm sure that won't last long though. I'm already ready to go look some more!

Daddy will definitely be the apple of her eye! I know what you mean about wanting a girl, and then trying to shop for one for the first time. I had the same "block" when shopping for my first daughter. It won't last for long. And as the mom to 2 girls now, I'm a big fan of leggings! I thought I'd be all about the dresses! Praying for the health of you and your baby! You're in the home stretch.

Of course you know I am super excited for yall. When the block breaks she will have tons of cute stuff. And has a great start. Love both your choices.
